Event Information
There will be numerous specific media opportunities during the two days of
the Fairfield Concours.
As event days draw closer, we will add specific information to assist you in being at the right place at the right time.

Nutmeg Tour for Autism
At approximately noon, vehicles participating in the Nutmeg Tour for Autism will be gin assembling at the Fairfield
County Hunt Club for lunch. At 1pm, the Tour will leave the Hunt Club property for its tour through Fairfield, Southport and Westport.
There will be three specific media stops during the tour (locations to be announced with the tour route). Each
driver in the
Tour will be competing to see who can raise the most in contributions to our Autism Charity.
At approximately 4pm, the vehicles will return to the Hunt Club grounds.
Art & Automobilia
From 3:30pm to 7pm, our Art & Automobilia Expo will be open as a preview of
what will be on display on Sunday. Our
featured artist is Chuck Queener. We will also have several notable local and regional artists and vendors of automobile collectibles.
d'Elegance Reception and Celebrity Dinner
Following the tour will be our Gala Reception and Celebrity dinner. Dinner will include a brief talk by our featured celebrity guest, recognition of
the leading fundraiser on the Nutmeg Tour, and our Fairfield County Concours
d'Elegance Collector's Award will be presented to an individual who has been
instrumental in advancing the art of collecting rare and significant motor
vehicles. The second award will honor automotive history, motorsports, and
significant contributions to these overlapping areas of interest.

Vehicles will be arriving on the show field throughout the morning. We will arrange specific media opportunities to talk
with vehicle owners,
and our celebrities.
The Concours field opens to the public at 10am.
One of our features is the Guided Field Walks with the Experts at 11am and 12:30pm.
Another special feature of our Concours that always draws a crowd is out Children's Center
with specific activities to involve young
people in our event.
At noon - we have the entire field "start their engines". It is an impressive sound and feeling.
Special Exhibits
This year, these include winners from the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, 60 Years of Racing at Watkins Glen in our special Watkins
Glen's
start/finish line exhibit, and Artful Dodgers - modern replicas of rare historic vehicles.
Special Judging Classes
This year, we will feature competition in four special classes: Ferrari, Cars of '58, Preservation Vehicles and vehicles eligible for
membership in The Classic Car Club of Americatm.
