Event Guide - Sunday

Click here for a site layout for our 2007 event.  There will be slight changes for 2008 that will be updated as the layout becomes finalized

The Concours Show Field

The field opens Sunday morning at 10am. As you enter the main gate, the motor vehicles will be arranged by year - with the oldest being closest to the entry. Be sure to pick up a field map on the way in so that you can find your favorite period or class.

Each row of vehicles will be clearly marked as to the years spanned in that row.

The Special Judging Classes (Ferrari, Cars of '58, Preservation Vehicles and Automobiles eligible for CCCA®) will be identified on the show field.

Our Special Exhibits (Amelia Island Concours winners, 60 years of Racing at Watkins Glen, and Artful Dodgers) will have their own venues for your viewing enjoyment. We will have a replica of the Watkins Glen start/finish line near the Hunt Club clubhouse.

Guided Field Walks

At 11:30am and 1:00pm, we will have guided field walks starting near the main entrance. One of our experienced judges will conduct the walk pointing out the unique aspects of vehicles on the field. Each walk will be broadcast over the PA system on the field. You won't want to miss walking with our expert and getting some of the little known details of the vehicles on display.

Noon Roar

At noon, we will have every vehicle on the show field "start their engines." You will be amazed as the rumble of the engines starting reaches a cacophony of different sounds and vibrations.

Art & Automobilia

Don't forget to stop into the Art & Automobilia tent. Chuck Queener is our featured automotive artist showing some of his original and most impressive works. We will also have several area and regional automotive artists displaying their work.

The Automobilia section of the tent will amaze you with a wide variety of automobile collectibles.

Judging and Awards

The judging ends at approximately 2pm followed immediately by the awards ceremony. Make sure to find a good spot near the main clubhouse to watch each winner drive up to receive their award.

Kids Area

Make sure to stop by the Children's Activity Center. We have a variety of exciting events to keep the younger guest happy.
