Volunteer

No event can work without the assistance of dedicated volunteers. Last year, more than 150 people assisted us in delivering our best show to date.

This year we are looking for more volunteers to assist with the increased on-field activities on Saturday and our Nutmeg Tour for Autism stops.  There are a variety of positions available for you to choose from.

Please sign up only for the times you plan to work. All shifts are 3 hours unless noted otherwise.

Volunteer training will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 8th and again on Thursday, Sept. 9th at 7 PM at the Hunt Club. You should plan on attending one of these sessions.

All volunteers will receive a polo shirt to wear while working.

Orientation and Uniform Information

All volunteers should attend one orientation session and Concours logo shirt pickup at 7 PM on either Wednesday, Sept. 14th or Thursday, Sept. 15th in the Viewing Barn at the Hunt Club. You can also pick up shirts from 12 noon to 4 PM on Friday, Sept. 16th. Volunteers should wear their logo shirts on Sunday and Saturday with khaki or white pants.

Upon arrival, please check in at the volunteer desk at the West Gate nearest the Snack Bar at the Hunt Club where you will receive your name tag and assignment.
